Iran Press/ America: "What we need is mutual respect. I think we've been very clear that the desecration of holy books and the desecration of places of worship is unacceptable," Stephane Dujarric said at a press briefing.
Noting that these actions have historically been used as a provocation, Dujarric emphasized the importance of not getting provoked.
He stated that people should respect one another's religions, refrain from taking matters into their own hands, and avoid committing any acts of violence.
