Iran Press/Iran news: The Technological Department of Iran’s Defense Ministry will produce COVID-19 diagnostic kits and will deliver them to the health sector by the next week, Iranian Health Ministry announced on Friday.
Meanwhile, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi said on Thursday that the Chinese government and its Red Cross Society are to deliver an aid package to Iran on Friday comprising 20 thousand COVID-19 test kits.
China has also delivered 250,000 face masks to Iran.
Earlier on February 23, the first prototype of the COVID-19 disease test kit was produced by the Iranian experts and scientists at Iran’s Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics.
