Mashhad (IP) - The governor of Mashhad, the capital of Razavi Khorasan Province, announced the martyrdom of two Basiji forces (popular volunteer forces), also known as security defenders, in this city.

Iran PressIran News: Since the start of the recent riots in Iran, on the pretext of the death of Mahsa Amini, Iran International Network, in addition to spreading rumors and lies, has constantly provided its platform to separatist Arab and Baloch leaders, so that in the first twenty days of the riots more than 20 separatist figures were interviewed in this media for about 50 times. Of course, the BBC has not left behind the separatism and encouragement of violent and terrorist actions in Iran.

In recent days, rioters have attacked business places, banks and other public places, which were stopped by the timely presence of security forces and people.

Mohsen Delavari, governor of Mashhad, said: "2 Basiji forces were martyred by rioters' knife attack in Mashhad."

Delavari added: "Today in Mashhad's Amal Crossroad, a number of thugs and rioters planned to close down the business of this place with threats and intimidation."
