The Iranian head of the Red Crescent Society said that in a blast in Iraq's Babil province, 11 people lost their lives while 30 more were injured.

Iran PressMiddle East: Pirhossein Kolivand, The head of the Red Crescent Society, said that 11 people died and 30 were injured following an explosion near a gas station in Shmouli city in Babol province of Iraq.

The head of the Red Crescent said about the number of Iranian dead in this incident: due to the burning of the bodies and the fact that their identities are not known, the number of Iranian dead is unknown.

Kolivand added: Red Crescent rescuers were sent to the accident site along with an ambulance bus, and as soon as we receive more information about the details of the dead and injured, information will be provided.
