Iran Press/ Europe: According to a British daily, On April 13, the US Navy’s P-8 Poseidon spy aircraft provided data for Ukrainian Missile making it possible for them to fire a pair of Neptune missiles at the guided-missile cruiser Moskva while it was patrolling south of Odesa in the Black Sea.
The P-8 Posideon was based at the Navy’s base in Sigonella, Italy, on the island of Sicily, the Times of London reported.
The Moskva is believed to have had about 500 crew members. The Pentagon has said some of them were able to escape but acknowledged there likely were casualties due to the Ukrainian attack.

The Moskva was the primary air defense asset for Russia’s maritime fleet in the area. Its sinking has dealt a severe blow to Moscow’s amphibious attack plans.
New pictures have emerged showing Russian conscripts who are believed to have died on the Moskva warship.
The young naval sailors (at least 8), many of whom are 19-years-old, are missing and presumed dead after being on board the stricken flagship.
Russia has still not revealed how many survived and died from the 510-strong crew in the attack on 14 April.
According to the Daily Mail report, horror accounts of the sinking have started to emerge from conscripts serving onboard the ship, with one telling his parents that at least 40 members of the crew were killed, with 'many' left missing or maimed with lost limbs after the strike. Hundreds are thought to have died as the vessel went down.
