Tehran (IP) - As E-commerce volume increases in Iran, the minister of Industry, Mine and Trade says that 'Smart Online Customer Complaint Management System' is a must.

Iran PressIran news: The Smart Online Customer Complaint Management System (CODR: Crowdsourced Online Dispute Resolution) was unveiled in order to support consumers in the e-commerce space.

The ceremony was held with the attendance of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Reza Fatemi-Amin, and Minister of Justice Amin Hossein Rahimi on Saturday, Mar.12, 2022.

The customer complaint management system is supposed to receive, record, and resolve customer complaints.

The system captures the complaint, analyzes the problem, and implements the solution.

Fatemi-Amin stated that the system's features are its simplicity and short time transactions with the lowest cost.

He noted that the system prevents overselling and peruses the customers' complaints in a short time.

The minister of Industry, Mine and Trade explained that the system helps evaluate and rank online stores or businesses for better marketing.

He added that the system acts as a deterrent to prevent cyberspace crimes.
