A chain traffic accident by 50 vehicles occurred on the road between Behbahan and Ramhormuz cities in the province of Khuzestan due to the shortening of the visibility that was effective in the morning, killing four people and leaving 27 people injured.

Iran PressIran news: The traffic police chief of Khuzestan province said: "According to initial investigations, non-observance of a safe speed in a foggy situation was the cause of today's accident, but the exact cause will be announced after a thorough investigation."

Reza Dolatshahi explained: 9 cars collided in one lane of the road and the opposite lane, at a distance of about 200 meters, over 50 vehicles collided, and three cars caught fire.
