Tehran (IP) - Governor of Hormozgan Province, Southern Iran said that Iran and India as two major countries could move towards eliminating intermediaries and doing their business directly.

Iran PressIran News: Mehdi Doosti was speaking during a meeting with the Indian ambassador in Tehran Gaddam Dharmendra on Sunday evening. 

Expressing readiness to provide facilities for the development of trade and investment between the two countries, Mehdi Doosti said, "I hope that India will also take practical steps in this regard."

The Indian ambassador for his part said: "We seek to develop deep banking and economic relations between the two countries, and Bandar Abbas and Hormozgan can be the most important points for the development of the relations."
