Ease off your fatigue and unrest long summer days with Albaloo Tea

Ingredients:

Water, sour cherry, and candy


Peel a squash, grate it and rinse well. Then pour it into a teapot.
Pour some water over the cherries and place the teapot on a direct flame to boil well.


When the water starts to boil, put a piece of cloth on your teapot to boil the sour cherries with water for about 20 minutes.


After 20 minutes, remove the teapot from the direct flame and leave it on the samovar (a metal container traditionally used to heat and boil water) for 15 minutes to infuse well.


After brewing your tea, serve it in your favorite cups with some candy, sugar, or honey.

Tips for brewing sour cherry tea
If you wish, you can remove the sour cherry kernels and then pour them into the teapot.
When the sour cherries have almost lost all their color, we know that the tea is ready.
