Tehran (IP) - The Head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) said sabotage in the Natanz enrichment facility indicated the failure of those who are against the country's industrial and political progress.

Iran PressIran News: In reaction to Sunday's incident in a part of the Natanz facility's power distribution grid, Ali Akbar Salehi said the sabotage in the nuclear facility was aimed to hinder Iran's nuclear advancement and successful JCPOA negotiations for lifting sanctions.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran, while condemning the despicable move, calls on the international community and the International Atomic Energy Agency to confront this terrorist act.

"Iran reserves the right to take action against the perpetrators, and masterminds, for itself," Salehi pointed out.

He noted that to spoil the objectives of the terrorist act, the Islamic Republic of Iran seriously continues the expansion of its nuclear progress and tries to lift the cruel sanctions on the people too. 219
