Iran Press/Iran news: The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Chief Commander Hossein Salami said on Monday during a ceremony in Sanandaj, Kurdistan province: "We have been sanctioned, but the result is that this country, which you see today is making progress, it is not like a sanctioned country, and its people always are on the scene while its enemies are running."
IRGC Chief Commander stated: "A disease (coronavirus) is added to their problem, but still these people resist. Their resistance is a role model for the whole world.”
Salami added: "A nation stood on its glorious revolution while it was attacked from land, air, and sea. It has been surrounded and attacked by enemies. They have closed borders and gates to it in order to paralyze its economy.”
