Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf emphasized that any form of cooperation with the IAEA, including the submission of reports or permitting access to IAEA inspectors and officials, will be prohibited until full assurances are provided regarding the safety and security of Iran’s nuclear facilities and its nuclear scientists.
