Subrahmanyam Jaishankar emphasized the importance of strengthening international efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region.
Abbas Araghchi, while expressing gratitude for the condolences extended by the Indian government, stated: “We were in the midst of a diplomatic process and consulting with our Omani counterpart to organize a new round of talks with representatives of the U.S. government.
However, the Israeli regime's aggressive action, assassinating military commanders, killing civilians, and academic elites, has derailed the course of diplomacy.”
