IP- Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani Qatari Amir met in his office at the Amiri Diwan on Wednesday with the Judiciary Chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the country.

Iran Press/ West Asia: During the meeting, they discussed the existing cooperation relations between the two countries and prospects for strengthening and developing them, in addition to discussing a number of topics of common interest.

The head of Iran's Judiciary has been invited by the Supreme Judicial Council of Qatar for a one-day trip aimed at enhancing judicial cooperation.

The itinerary includes pivotal meetings with the Emir of Qatar and the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, engaging with the Iranian community in Qatar, formalizing a memorandum of understanding on judicial collaboration, and solidifying an agreement on judicial assistance between both nations.

Additionally, as per Gharibabadi's statement, the Supreme Court Chief and Attorney General will participate in a forthcoming gathering alongside counterparts from BRICS countries to further legal discourse and cooperation.
