Iran humanitarian aid reaches Lebanon

Iranian humanitarian aid cargoes for Lebanese people arrived at Beirut airport.

Iran Press/Middle East: The Iranian embassy in Beirut announced that the Iranian aid cargoes for the Lebanese people, including three planes, arrived at Beirut airport on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Iranian embassy in Lebanon stated that the fourth aircraft carrying Iranian aid, such as medical equipment and medicine and other needed emergency aid will be sent to Lebanon in the coming days.

A terrible explosion took place in the port of Beirut on Tuesday evening, according to the latest statistics, the number of deaths in this explosion has reached 157 people and the number of injured has reached 5,000 over the massive explosion blasted in the port of Beirut.

The UN and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have estimated the damage to Beirut at billions of dollars.
