The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in the televised speech on the auspicious occasion of Aid al-Adha, congratulated Muslims across the world on the arrival of the festival.

Iran Press/Iran News: Referring to the sufferings of Prophet Moses in the Qur'an, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution noted that the persecutions that Prophet Moses endured show how difficult it is to move in the path of truth and how to face these problems and wait.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution said in his speech: "I congratulate Eid al-Adha, which is one of the great historical memories of all religious people in the world, to the dear nation of Iran and all Muslims, and to the followers of the Abrahamic religions."

Muslims across the world are celebrating Eid al-Adha holiday on Friday, one of the two most important festivals of the Islamic calendar.

Together with Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha is one of Islam's holiest festivals celebrated annually around the world and an official holiday in the Muslim-majority countries. 101
