Iraqi Asaib Ahl al-Haq: Resistance forces continue to fight US

The secretary-general of the Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq movement in Iraq said that no one could stop the resistance forces from fighting the American forces until they were expelled from Iraq.

Iran PressMiddle East: Qais al-Khazali, secretary-general of the Asaib Ahl al-Haq movement in Iraq, on Friday night in response to an attack by US terrorist forces on the headquarters of the Iraqi Hezbollah battalions said that there are attempts by foreigners to strike Popular Mobilization Unit (Hashd al-Shabi) forces.

"The presence of American forces in Iraq is considered an occupation, especially since the Iraqi parliament has approved the withdrawal of these forces from the country," said Asaib Ahl al-Haq.

Khazali said that no resistance groups had targeted government institutions and facilities in Iraq's Green Zone, adding that the attack on the headquarters of the popular mobilization and the arrest of a number of these forces was a major riot and did not have good consequences.

US terrorist forces stormed the headquarters of Iraq's Hezbollah party in Baghdad's al-Dora district on Friday morning, arresting at least 13 commanders and members of Kata'ib Hezbollah.

The integrated and cohesive response of the Iraqi resistance groups led to the immediate release of the people by US terrorist forces who attacked the headquarters of Hezbollah's battalions.
