Flash floods death toll reached to 104 in Afghanistan.

Iran Press/Asia: Afghan government announced that heavy rain and flooding in northern and western Afghanistan has claimed the lives of 104 people and injured hundreds of others.

The incident also killed thousands of animals and destroyed 8,000 houses, Iran Press reported.

The unprecedented rainfall in the last weeks and the ensuing floods in various regions of north and west Afghanistan have caused a lot of damage and displaced 60 thousands of people. 101/202/213
