Iran Press/ Iran news: According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the exchange saw on its metals and minerals trading floor trade of 2,218,666 tonnes of commodities valued at nearly 363 million USD.
On this floor, the IME sold 1,301,665 tonnes of cement, 456,000 tonnes of iron ore, 333,131 tonnes of steel, 145,500 tonnes of sponge iron, 7,415 tonnes of copper, 4,405 tonnes of aluminum, 550 tonnes of zinc, 200 tonnes of molybdenum concentrate and 45 tonnes of precious metals concentrate.
It's worth noting as well that the IME's agricultural trading floor saw trade of 1,050 kg of saffron.
Moreover, the IME witnessed on both domestic and export rings of its oil and petrochemical trading floor 471,169 tonnes of commodities worth more than 236 million USD.
Commodities traded on this floor included 177,580 tonnes of bitumen, 146,500 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 101,228 tonnes of polymeric products, 38,703 tonnes of chemicals, 6,390 tonnes of sulfur, 854 tonnes of petroleum products, 600 tonnes of waterproofing materials, 140 tonnes of feedstocks, 100 tonnes of oil and 80 tonnes of lube cut.
The IME also traded within the same week 32,986 tonnes of goods on its side market.
