Tehran (IP): The meeting on "MKO terrorist group; Yesterday's traitors, today's plaintiffs" looking at the human rights case of Hamid Nouri, investigating the support of Sweden to investigate the crimes of the traitors, held in Tehran.

Iran PressIran news: Mohammad Mehdi Eslami, history researcher explained the actions of the group of MKO in infiltrating the pillars of the Islamic Republic as well as the crimes committed in the military attack on the territory of our country after the war between Iraq and Iran, introducing some members of the MKO including "Mahnaz Maimant" who supported "Abdul Rahman Broumand Foundation" and especially "Parvaneh Broumand" who filed a complaint against Hamid Nouri.

He said: The Washington Post announced that the Broumand Foundation had been making a case for years to declare a crime against the punishment of the members of the MKO, and for that, charges should have been made.

Based on this, Hamid Nouri, who was a simple employee of the judiciary many years ago, was arrested and tried.

In the continuation of the meeting, Mohammad Amin Kosha, a legal and international researcher, while pointing out the flaws in Hamid Nouri's case, said: "The summation of 92 primary courts shows that, contrary to the number of sessions, only 20 hours were given to Hamid Nouri's statements regarding false accusations."

He added: His lawyers were two completely novice Swedish lawyers who could not even communicate due to Hamid Nouri's lack of command of Swedish and English.

A comprehensive, independent and impartial investigation has not been conducted by the prosecutor, and it is based on the statements of witnesses who are the plaintiffs of the case.

Hamid Nouri, a former employee of the judiciary, was arrested on November 9, 2019 upon entering Arlanda Airport in Stockholm, Sweden, on the charge of participating in the execution of prisoners. Hamid Nouri's lawyers believe that something political was done in this court and the plaintiffs and Witnesses against Nouri have used this court to condemn the Iranian government.
