Iran Press/ Iran News: Meeting with Mojtaba Faghihi, Burkina Faso's PM Kyélem de Tambèla called the Islamic Republic of Iran a country with an influential civilization for humanity and possessing great economic capacities for Burkina Faso to become a business partner of the country.
"With the new ambassador of Iran coming to Ouagadougou, we should witness a leap in bilateral relations and make up for the past years," he stressed.
Faghihi, for his part, said Iran's scientific achievements and access to advanced technologies could serve to expand relations with African countries, including Burkina Faso.
Burkina Faso is a member of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
