Berlin (IP) - Hundreds of people in Berlin, Germany poured onto streets in support of the Palestinian people, condemning the silence of Western authorities and governments in front of the Israeli brutalities.

Iran PressEurope: Demonstrators declared their support for the Palestinian Cause while marching in the streets of Berlin. They also expressed sympathy with the oppressed people of Palestine.

Demonstrators also strongly condemned the attack of the Zionist regime military and occupier settlers on Palestinian worshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque. They condemned the actions of the Zionists in desecrating Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first Qibla of Muslims.

They also strongly condemned the silence of Western authorities and governments in front of the brutalities of the Zionists.

The rally in support of the Palestinians is being held in different cities worldwide on the eve of International Quds Day.

World Quds Day coincides with the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan. It was designated as Quds Day on August 7, 1979, on the initiative of Imam Khomeini (may his soul rest in peace) to support the Palestinian cause and nation and mark a new stage of solidarity with the people of Palestine.

The last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan has been named International Quds Day at the initiative of Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Considering the developments in the occupied Palestinian territories and the frequent Israeli attacks on Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque, this year's International Al-Quds Day is of double importance.
