Iran Press/ Middle East: The office said in a statement, "Once again the brutal terrorists targeted a gathering of innocent civilians with twin bombings in Tayaran Square in dear Baghdad, which led to the fall of dozens of martyrs and many times more than that of the wounded and injured, in a terrible scene that hurts everyone with a living conscience."
He added, "As we extend our deepest condolences and sincere condolences to the families of the honorable martyrs, and we beseech God Almighty to bless the wounded with a speedy recovery, calling on the competent security agencies to intensify their efforts and exert more effort in order to preserve security and thwart the plans of the enemies that lie in wait for these people, who suffer from various aspects, and there is no strength or power except in God Almighty, the Great."
Meanwhile, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr said that he will not allow terrorism, explosions, car bombs, and explosive belts to return.
Al-Sadr said, in a tweet followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "We will not allow terrorism, explosions, and explosive belts to return, as we are all conscript soldiers ... whether it is the actions of terrorists, occupiers, foreigners, or corrupt persons."
