Iran Press/Middle East: On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the liberation of southern Lebanon from the Zionist occupiers (Eid of Resistance and Liberation).Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, held an exclusive interview with Lebanon's Al-Noor Radio.
Secretary-General of Hezbollah said: "Israeli regime after 2000 is not like the one before this year, and an army that was supposed to be invincible was defeated." God willing, the Israeli regime will be defeated in every battle in the future. We believe that the racist regime in Israel will disappear, Nasrallah emphasized. When the external factor on which Israel relies is weakened, the regime will collapse, he added.
Nasrallah said the foreign factor which supports the Zionist regime is the United States. Seeing the "Israelis" as they pack up and leave is a natural scene that will happen, only time is needed for this to happen.
"The spirit of victory over the enemy is still there, and we have a lot of confidence in the fighters," Nasrallah said
He added: "Despite all the efforts to separate the resistance from its origin, the spiritual aspect is at the heart of the nature of the resistance.
He added: "The spirit of victory over the enemy still exists among the resistance forces, and we have a lot of confidence in them."

Nasrallah said: "Our trust in the resistance is very strong." the first factor in the principle of resistance is the protection of its spirit with all its originality and power."
He noted the weakness of US allies in the region: "I don't think the internal situation in Lebanon in 2000 was much better than it is now. The direct US presence in the region reflects the weakness of its allies and is a sign of the strength of the resistance. Israel knows that the strength of the resistance has multiplied."
"We consider the presence of the United States in the region indicates the progress and development of the resistance axis due to the incompetence of Israel and the regimes supported by Washington," the Lebanese Hezbollah secretary-general said, adding the United States supports these regimes to protect its own interests

Nasrallah: The spirit of victory over the enemy still exists among the resistance forces

The United States has always been pushing for this, but we are not worried about that because Lebanon has a clear position and Lebanon will not give in to this demand because it is a violation of its national sovereignty.
Hezbollah's secretary-general stated: "We are not against UNIFIL remaining, but the United States is wrong to say that this is a lever of pressure on Lebanon," he said. We feel that from Israel's point of view, the existence of Unifel is more in Israel's interest than in Lebanon's.
