Iran Press/ Iran News: The statistics of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Iran show that the highest number of travelers to the country are from five neighboring countries, and Iraqis are still at the top.
According to the latest statistics of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, since the issuance of visas resumed, from October 23, 2021, to October 22, 2022, about two million and 950 thousand foreign tourists have traveled to Iran.
During the period, about one million people from Iraq, Turkiye, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, and Pakistan traveled to Iran.
