Tehran (IP)—On the sidelines of the cabinet meeting, Iran's foreign minister answered the questions of the Iran Press reporter regarding the summit of Arab Islamic countries in Saudi Arabia and Rafael Grossi's upcoming visit to Iran.

Iran PressIran news: In response to Iran Press, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said: The Saudi meeting in Riyadh was a joint summit of Islamic and Arab countries, which was held for the second time regarding the issue of Palestine and Lebanon. 

A strong resolution has been approved in 38 paragraphs. He had a very strong tone against the Zionist regime and condemned its actions everywhere. He also mentioned the Zionist regime's attack on Iran and warned against increasing tension in the region, Araghchi said.

Araghchi added: The leaders of the countries that participated in this summit adopted very good positions, especially regarding the condemnation of the Zionist regime's attack on the Islamic Republic of Iran. In our opinion, it was a very good meeting. You must have seen in the opening speech of Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, that he clearly condemned the crimes of the Zionist regime.

In response to another question about the upcoming trip of Rafael Grossi, Director General of the Atomic Energy Agency to Iran, Abbas Araghchi said: Mr. Grossi's approach in the talks that our friends had with him in Vienna is a positive one. We also hope that with this positive approach, we can open a new path for cooperation between Iran and the IAEA. 204
