The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran will have separate meetings with the foreign ministers of the participating countries on the sidelines of the meeting.
The second quadrilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Iran, Russia, China, and Pakistan will also be on the sidelines of the meeting.
