Iran Press/ Middle East: "Iraq faces economic, health, and security challenges. I will form a cabinet to tackle these crises and find solutions," Mustafa al-Kadhimi wrote in a tweet on Monday.
"I will only accept what is in the true interest of Iraq, and reject any pressure aimed at undermining it. We should all prioritize what is best for our country," he added.
One of the top priorities for the Iraqi Prime Minister-designate Mustafa al-Kadhimi is to pursue the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq, which has become a public demand.
