The spokesperson of Iran's Foreign Ministry stated that developing relations with the African continent is among the top priorities of Iran's foreign policy.

Iran PressIran news: On Saturday in an Instagram post, regarding the view of the Islamic Republic of Iran on cooperation with the African continent, the Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman said: "Africa is the birthplace of noble, freedom-loving and fighting nations and the land of many natural and human talents."

He added: "The Islamic Revolution of Iran has always been a source of hope in the African continent, strengthening the self-confidence of the African people for stability and fighting against colonialism and arrogance, injustice and strengthening the holy ideal of independence and freedom."

Stating that Iran's view of African countries is based on mutual respect and interests, Kanaani added: "African nations, benefiting from natural resources and great human capital, deserve to enjoy more development and prosperity away from greed and foreign interventions."

The spokesperson of Iran's Foreign Ministry stated: "Iran stands on this path with African governments and nations, and the bright future belongs to the people of this ancient and cultured continent."
