Iran Press/ Middle East: The developments of the last 10 months in Iraq can be divided into two periods: from the holding of the elections to the resignation of the Sadr movement in June and from the resignation of the Sadr movement until now.
After the October 2021 elections, political consultations for the political lineup began, but Moqtada Sadr's behavior and his desire to play a role as the first person in politics caused serious consultations not to take place.
The political stubbornness of the Sadr movement finally led to a deadlock in the introduction of the new president and prime minister; Muqtada al-Sadr called his allies in the parliament to resign so that the tensions in Iraq would intensify and the way for the dialogue would be closed. Since the resignation of the Sadr movement last June, Iraq's governing institutions have been targeted by street riots, and once again, the dialogue has been overshadowed by chaos and violence. Monday's bloody clashes were the peak of chaos and chaos in post-ISIS Iraq, which left 30 dead and around 700 wounded.
The Iraqi Prime Minister is emphasizing the national dialogue as a way out of the current political deadlock. This is when the Shia coordination framework has repeatedly called the national dialogue the way out of the deadlock as well.

However, the Sadr movement has so far avoided any dialogue. In the middle of last August, al-Kazemi asked the Iraqi political currents to start serious political talks in Baghdad in order to try to get out of the crisis, and these talks were held, but the Sadr movement did not participate in the talks, and after that, its supporters gathered in Baghdad's green area.
Undoubtedly, dialogue is the only way out of the political deadlock in Iraq, but on the one hand, this solution should not be symbolic, and the government and political figures must show a serious will to break the deadlock, and on the other hand, all influential currents should participate in the talks, if one of the groups does not participate, other groups should have a serious will to implement the approvals.
Another important point is that the Iraqi groups should talk without preconditions because any preconditions can disrupt the process.
At the same time, the topic of the conversation should be clearly defined. Today, Iraq is facing a series of tensions and disputes that if all these issues are to be discussed, they will not be able to find a solution to the political deadlock.
