News sources reported on Saturday night that a car bomb had exploded in the town of Manbij in the northern Syrian province of Aleppo.

Iran Press/Middle East: At least two people were killed and five others were injured in the blast.

No further details have been released about the blast.

The city of Manbij is located near the Turkish border.

The northern regions of Syria, where terrorist groups affiliated with Turkey as well as the US-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are present, have occasionally seen the car and motorcycle bombs explode.

Turkey and the United States are major supporters of terrorist groups in Syria.

The crisis in Syria began in 2011 with a massive offensive by terrorist groups backed by Saudi Arabia, the United States and their allies to shift the regional equation in favor of the Zionist regime. 219
