Iran Press/ Asia: In the 25-meter air pistol and at the end of the speed and accuracy stage, Haniyeh Rostamian advanced to the finals of the games as the sixth person with 584 points.
The 2022 Asian Games boasts an impressive participation of over 12,000 competitors from 45 nations and territories, surpassing even the Olympics in terms of participants. Iran has sent a total of 289 male and female athletes to compete across 34 different sports events at the event.
The event has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and will now take place in 2023.
