Mashhad (IP) - The 14th meeting named 'Martyrs of the Unity, Noor Ali Shushtri and Rajab Ali Mohammadzadeh' began in Mashhad on Thursday morning with the presence of the commander in chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the commander of the ground forces of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps and a group of Sunni scholars of the country.

Iran PressIran news: According to Iran Press, this meeting is being held in Mashhad with the presence of the families of the martyrs and people from different walks of life from the provinces with a common Sunni and Shia population.

Maj. Gen. Hossein Salami, Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour, Commander of the IRGC Ground Forces, and one of the Sunni clerics are among the speakers of this meeting.

In this meeting, the Commander of the Northeast Regional Headquarters of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps Ground Force said: "General Shoushtari is the initiator of providing stable security and development and removing deprivation together in Sistan and Baluchistan region, and this path is still continuing."

The Chief Commander of the IRGC stated that Martyr Shoushtari was an exemplar of kindness and affection to the believers, and he was unique in decisively dealing with unbelievers, and said: "Our martyrs learned life within the context of war."

The Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps stated: "Basically, our martyrs learned life from the context of war, which means zeal, sacrifice, self-sacrifice, dying, the desire to sacrifice for the peace of others and to lose life to immortalize the life of the nation. The balanced components of the character of these martyrs were that they had learned prostration, supplications in the trenches, and relying on God, so losing their lives was a great wish for them, and this factor has shaped our main strength if a nation is not afraid of death, it will not be humiliated.

Stating that the enemy is trying to hide his evil intentions behind popular words, he added: "What gives the hidden reality of the enemy is his action patterns that we see in the field. During the last 45 years, most parts of the world have been a battlefield, with America, Britain, and their allies on one side."

The Chief Commander of the IRGC, enumerating America's logic against Muslims, said: "America sees strong traces of America's warmongering policies in all the countries of the region and wherever you step. It sends troops, builds a base, sells weapons, and we see nothing but fire, desecration, massacre, depression, and backwardness."

He continued: All Islamic lands are the altar of Sacrifice of American policies; Although their sun is setting and they fail everywhere, they also cause damage; US power is waning with no achievements.

He stated that all the arrogant powers were crushed by the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, and added: "If the Israelis fight on the ground, they will be swallowed up. It is definitely wrong for the enemies to think that Muslims will sit on their hands so that these crimes continue."

The Chief Commander of IRGC warned that Arrogant powers were crushed in the Al-Aqsa Flood operation.

Major General Salami warned the enemies to quickly put out the fire of this war, otherwise, it would claim their lives.

The Memorial of Unity Martyrs is held in commemoration of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Generals Noor Ali Shushtri and Rajab Ali Mohammadzadeh and 40 IRGC commanders and heads of Sunni clans and a group of Shia and Sunni people who were martyred on October 18, 2008, as a result of a terrorist explosion in the former area of Sarbaz city in Sistan and Balochistan  Province were martyred and became known as 'martyrs of unity'.
