Tehran (IP) - The spokeswoman for the Ministry of Health, Sima Sadat Lari on Saturday in her press conference said, so far 184,955 people in the country have definitely been infected with the coronavirus, and 146,748 of total infected people have recovered.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Ministry of Health and Medical Education Spokeswoman Sima Sadat Lari on June 13 reported the latest data on the coronavirus in the country and the deaths caused by the virus.

She said: "According to the definitive laboratory findings and from yesterday to June 13 in the country, 2,410 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed and the number of patients with this disease reached 184,955."

714 of the new patients were hospitalized.

Fortunately, 146,748 patients have recovered and discharged so far, Lari added.

The Spokeswoman said, "Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, 71 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, so 8,730 people have lost their lives in the country to date."

The official stated, "2,755 patients are in a critical condition."

"So far, around 1,219,400 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," the Health Ministry spokeswoman said.

According to the spokeswoman, Hormozgan, Khuzestan, Razavi Khorasan, and Bushehr provinces are in the red situation.
