Iran Press/ Iran news: Speaking with governors-general of Qom and Gilan provinces by phone, President Hassan Rouhani received the latest reports and measures for controlling and eradicating coronavirus in the two provinces.
Hassan Rouhani contacted governors-general of Qom and Gilan Bahram Sarmast and Arsalan Zare and reaffirming solidarity with the citizens of the two provinces, and the families of those who have lost their lives due to the disease, Iran Press reported citing the official website of the President.
He also stressed that all facilities must be mobilized, and efforts doubled to reassure people about their health.

The President expressed hope that with the responsibility and command of the Minister of Health and Medical Education at the National Headquarters for Managing Coronavirus, the disease would be controlled as soon as possible and eradicated with minimal damage.
President Rouhani also appreciated the continuous efforts of the doctors, nurses and medical staff in hospitals around the country, including Qom and Gilan provinces, who have worked patiently with all institutions in the provinces to prevent the spread of the disease and its roots.
