Tehran (IP) - The Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, during a meeting with the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan, called the United States the biggest problem of global security.

Ali Nikzad, Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, said on Saturday during a meeting with Qasim Khan Suri, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan in Tehran: "The United States has exploited nations through the United Nations, international organizations, environmental issues, the dollar, and whatever it can."

Referring to US sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Nikzad noted that the United States withdrew from the nuclear deal in violation of its obligations and imposed unjust sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, but despite the problems, we kept our commitments.

The Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Parliament emphasized: "If friendly and neighboring countries such as the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan join hands and cooperate with each other in economic and monetary issues, they will achieve valuable achievements."

Qasim Khan Suri, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan, referring to the importance of promoting relations between the two countries for Islamabad, said: "The historical, cultural, social and religious commonalities of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan have created a favorable environment for expanding relations between the two countries."

"Pakistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran have always helped each other during difficult times," he said.
