The police have arrested a man who crashed his car into the gate of the US Embassy in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The man reportedly cried, “Help me, help me,” as he left the car.
He said to the police, I wanted to leave the country and go to the United States.
South Korean Police are saying that blood alcohol tests have revealed no signs of intoxication.
