Tehran (IP) - The first vice president said 200 billion dollars have been earmarked for the country's major projects in various sectors, including oil, industry, water, and electricity.

Iran PressIran news: Mohammad Mokhber said on Sunday (January 1) on the sidelines of the meeting of the board of ministers and governors of the country, that the country's progress train has started, stressing: “In various sectors of oil, industry, water and electricity, works and large projects worth $200 billion including domestic and foreign investment have started, and some of these projects have entered the implementation stage.”

He added: "A number of these projects are in the stage of understanding and agreement, and some of them are in the planning process. Naturally, since these projects are going to be implemented in different provinces of the country, the governors should do the necessary follow-up."

The first vice president said: "Fortunately, in the 13th government, from the president to other members of the government, extensive fieldwork has been started from the beginning, and in the joint meetings of the government with the governors, the main issues of the country are reviewed in a four-hour meeting."
