The top commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), has said that Iran’s defensive power and capabilities is a real deterrent for our enemies.

Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a massive military exercise in southern Iran on Saturday, Major General, Mohammad Ali Jafari described the ongoing war game as a response to the enemies.

Making a reference to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei’s comments, the top commander said the enemies will receive 10 blows if they dare to hit Iran only once, Tasnim News Agency reported.

Major General Jafari went on to warn the enemies that Iran will give a decisive and crushing response to their threats.

He said that the great power and capabilities of Iran's military forces will act as a deterrent.

The final stage of the IRGC's 12th 'Great Prophet' military exercises started on Saturday in the Persian Gulf and the Island of Qeshm in southern Iran.

In comments in April, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said the US government is aware of the crushing response it will receive if it decides to embark on military action against Iran.  105/ 211 / 210
