An exhibition on the latest naval technological achievements and developments is being held in Iranian Navy’s Tehran Headquarters.

Iran Press/Iran news: The exhibition kicked off on Saturday in a ceremony attended by Commander of Iranian Navy Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi and Deputy Coordinator of the Iranian Army Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari.

Electronic warfare systems, radio systems, wireless equipment, and defense systems applied in drones and naval destroyers are showcased during the event, Iran Press reported.

The equipment used in the domestically-manufactured Ghadir-class submarines are also put on display. Unveiled earlier this month, Ghadir-class submarines are capable of launching subsurface-to-surface missiles, torpedoes and mines joined Iran's naval fleet.

Scale models of future naval vessels and destroyers designed by Navy’s Self-Sufficiency Organization are also present in the exhibition.

The event will go on till the end of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2019).
