Iran Ministry of Sciences, Research, and Technology to support graduates

Tehran (IP)- Iran's Minister of Science, Research, and Technology Mansour Gholami noted the ministry is planning to support students' empowerment and help with their employment after graduation.

Iran Press/Iran News: The Minister of Science Mansour Gholami attended the open session of the Parliament on Tuesday to answer questions put to him by MPs.

In response to Isfahan MP Zahra Saeedi who asked about the lack of quality welfare for professors and students, the Minister stated that there are various plans to increase competencies for different levels of education, Iran Press reported.

"In the ministry of Science, Research and Technology, students financial support and welfare are provided through the Student Welfare Fund," he added.

Gholami further noted that by developing a system and supporting complementary projects, the ministry supports students' empowerment and also helps their chances of finding employment after graduation.
