Coinciding with Eid-e-Ghadir Khumm which marks the appointment of the First Shia Imam of Muslims, the first 'Fruits of Paradise' festival was held in Dalahu, Kermanshah province, in western Iran.

Iran Press/ Iran news: The first 'Fruits of Paradise' festival aiming to boost tourism in the region, particularly in the city of Rijab, and introduce cultural and handicraft attractions, was held beside Sarab-e-Shalan.

In the festival, the Daf and Tanbur players (two traditional Iranian musical instruments) performed for tourists in the festival and organically-grown fruits of the orchards of the Sarab-e-Shalan including figs and olives were distributed among the guests and tourists.

Rijab is one of the tourist attractions in the western province of Kermanshah which attracts many tourists annually. 101/211/207
