Iran, Russia review nuclear cooperation

Iranian and Russian officials discussed the development of nuclear cooperation between the two countries.

Iran Press/ Europe: The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi and the CEO of Russia's Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation Alexey Likhachev, in a meeting in Vienna, reviewed boosting bilateral relations and Interactions within the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Salehi arrived in Vienna on Sunday to attend the 63rd annual regular session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Delivering a speech at the conference, Salehi will hold meetings with the other participatns. 

The 63rd annual regular session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) kicked off on Monday morning at the IAEA headquarters in Vienna.

Enhancing the effectiveness of safeguards' implementation and more use of nuclear science and technology for development are among the subjects will be discussed in the meeting.
