Iran Press/ Iran News: On Tuesday, The Iranian foreign minister in a message on his Twitter page, wrote: "The United States and the three European countries should finally fulfill their obligations instead of posturing."
Zarif added that the JCPOA is a comprehensive plan concluded by the P5 + 1 (including the United States) and Iran.
Zarif's remarks appear to be in response to calls in the United States for a comprehensive agreement with Iran other than JCPOA.
Today, again, 140 US lawmakers wrote a letter to US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken calling for a comprehensive agreement with Iran, regardless of the fact that Washington has withdrawn from the nuclear deal and must return to its obligations under the JCPOA.
Following the unilateral and illegal withdrawal of the United States from the JCPOA (May 8, 2018), Iran tried to maintain the nuclear agreement, provided that the other parties to the agreement adhered to their obligations, but the Europeans did not succeed in the practical measures to maintain the agreement.
The Islamic Republic of Iran also suspended voluntary actions under the JCPOA on February 23 within the framework of the Law on 'Strategic Action Plan to Lift Sanctions and Protect Iranian Nation’s Interests'. 219
