Iran Press/ Europe: Mohammad Javad Zarif met with the speaker of the lower house of the Italian Parliament, Roberto Fico, on Tuesday, Iran press reported.
Zarif started his European tour last Thursday with a trip to the Spanish capital of Madrid.
In Madrid, he met with the Spanish Foreign Minister Arancha González Laya and Spain's Minister for Industry, Trade, and Tourism Maria Reyes Maroto, who also chairs which also co-chairs the Iran-Spain Joint Economic Cooperation Commission.
Continuing his European tour, Iran's Foreign Minister arrived in Rome on Sunday, May 16, and held meetings and talks with the Italian and Vatican officials, Cardinal Parolin, Vatican Secretary of State, Gallagher, and Italian Foreign Minister Luigi de Mayo, and Pope Francis, the leader of the world's Catholics.
