Brigadier Yahya Saree, the spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces, in a statement, announced that the Yemeni armed forces targeted the Megalopolis ship in the Arabian Sea with several drones.

Iran Press/West Asia: On Friday evening, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, announced that the Yemeni Air Force used several drones to target the ship MEGALOPOLIS in the Arabian Sea, confirming that the operation's objectives were achieved.

Saree added that the vessel was targeted for violating a Yemeni ban on all shipments to Israeli ports.

He stated that the operation was carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces' Drone Air Force.

“The ship was targeted because the company that owns it violated the decision to ban entry into the ports of occupied Palestine,” he said.

The statement also reiterated warnings to international companies involved with Israel, cautioning that their ships would be targeted if they passed through designated operational zones in the Red Sea, regardless of their destination.

Saree reaffirmed the continuation of targeting the Israeli occupation with missiles and drones and stressed that these operations will not cease until the aggression ends, the siege on Gaza is lifted, and the aggression on Lebanon stops.
