Palestine (IP) – Yemen’s armed forces say they have targeted the Israeli regime’s war ministry in Tel Aviv with a Zulfiqar ballistic missile.

Iran Press/West Asia: Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, announced the attack on Saturday, stating the missile "hit its target with high accuracy," and the regime’s interception systems failed to neutralize it.

The strike, Saree said, underscores Yemen's commitment to supporting the Palestinian resistance in Gaza amidst the ongoing Israeli genocide that still continues despite the ceasefire deal. "We will confront any aggression or escalation by the Israeli enemy," he added.

Since the onset of Israel’s campaign of genocide in the Gaza Strip, the Yemeni forces have taken measures to assert their support for the Palestinian resistance in Gaza, targeting Israeli vessels in the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.

Additionally, the Yemeni armed forces have launched several missile and drone attacks against Israeli-occupied territories, particularly focusing on Tel Aviv. They have pledged to continue these operations as long as Israel maintains its assaults on Gaza.
