Iran Press/West Asia: Hazem al-Assad, following the latest US attacks on Yemen noted that a decisive response would await the aggressors, adding, "Let the Americans wait and see what happens in the Red Sea, and Israel should prepare itself for what we have prepared."
Al-Assad went on to say that the intensified military actions by the US and UK were aimed at pressuring Yemen to alter its stance on supporting Gaza and Lebanon.
He further stated that the deployment of massive US bombers signified the US' inability to coerce countries hosting its regional bases.
The Ansarallah official emphasized that regardless of the extent of aggression against Yemen, the country's commitment to aiding Gaza and Lebanon remained unwavering, and Yemen would persist in its attacks against Israel.
Al-Assad highlighted the Yemeni army's capability to safeguard and maintain its weaponry within mountainous terrain, ensuring its secure deployment in fortified locations.
Previously, a high-ranking Yemeni military source dismissed the US strikes conducted by B-2 bombers as ineffective, interpreting them as a manifestation of American fear.
On Friday night, US and UK fighter jets targeted the Ras Issa area in the Hodeidah province.
Earlier, on Thursday morning, US and UK warplanes also bombarded areas in the Sana'a and Saada provinces of Yemen.
Yemeni forces have pledged to continue targeting Israeli vessels or ships bound for Israeli-occupied territories in the Red Sea until the Israeli regime halts its attacks on Gaza.
