Sanaa (IP) - The National Salvation Government of Yemen has banned the entry of Swedish goods into Yemen in response to the new and anti-religious action of the Swedish government in granting the application to desecrate the Holy Quran.

Iran Press/Middle East: On Thursday, July 20, "Selvan Momika", a citizen living in Sweden, after receiving the necessary permits from the Swedish police, desecrated the Holy Quran for the second time in the past few weeks, which caused a strong reaction from Islamic countries.

According to Iran press quoting the report Al-Mayadeen on Saturday, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Government of National Salvation of Yemen has published the list of Swedish companies that are subject to sanctions in response to Stockholm's renewed action in allowing the desecration of the Holy Quran.

According to this report, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced that by the decision of the Minister of Industry and Trade of Yemen, the entry of the goods of Swedish companies into Yemen is prohibited.

The ban applies to all Swedish companies and the decision will be actively implemented.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Yemen asked the official media to publish the names of Swedish companies so that the issue of banning the entry of Swedish goods in Yemen becomes widespread.

Earlier, in a statement, the Ansarullah movement of Yemen called on all Islamic countries to cut off economic and diplomatic relations with Sweden in order to deal with the desecration of Islamic sanctities.
