Iran Press/ Iran news: Peyman Jebelli in a meeting with a group of media activists, the researchers, and the documentarians in the field of Holy Defense along with IRIB producers highlighted the significance of increasing the research, intellectual, and production extent of the capacities as vast as the cultural capacity of the Islamic Revolution.
He underlined the need to make the IRIB's administrative departments more efficient in order to provide intellectual support, draw up strategies and enter the field of message and content as powerfully as possible in an active and decisive role.
In this meeting, cultural figures and producers in the field of Sacred Defense and literature of resistance expressed their views on the role of national media (the term used for IRIB) in the field of promoting the cultural values of the Islamic Revolution.
Jebelli also considered the role of IRIB in directing the intellectual space of the society as the largest cultural institution of the country which is undeniable and noted the most important challenge in this category is the compatibility of the national media output with the wide and deep capacities of culture and revolution.
Jebelli considered it necessary to strengthen the sense of participation and responsibility of the revolutionary forces towards promoting the cultural values in the national media in various fields.
The duty of the national media is to identify the needs, recognize gaps and draw ways for broadcasting the best content, and carefully monitor and evaluate the production process and the effectiveness and success of the national media activities so that the path and roadmap of the organization can be continuously rearranged, updated, restored and strengthened, the official noted.
Jebeli stated: "We should all try to expand the cultural capacity of the national media to extend of the capacity of the Islamic Revolution, and this will not be possible without the help and assistance of all cultural elements and enthusiasts and those who are in charge of publishing and expanding the discourse of the Islamic Revolution."
It is worth mentioning that in this meeting, cultural activists in various fields expressed their views on the expectations from IRIB in the field of reflecting the contemporary history of the Islamic Revolution and especially the holy defense and program production mechanisms and ways out of the existing challenges.
